A cool feature in Shopper Analytics, is the ability to view a shopper’s cart. This is especially useful in the event of an abandonment. You can view all the items that were left in the cart by clicking the number in the “Cart Items” column.
Click on the number featured in the “Cart Items” column. 

A new window will appear displaying the cart items.
