he Datacrushers Dashboard exists to give you a quick, concise, and comprehensive overview of your sites performance. All the fields show data over the past 30 days (referred to here as the "Past Month") with the exception of the "Recovered Revenue" panel (top, center).

Let’s look at the different parts of the Dashboard to understand what they do, and how to read the data.

Overview:
Here we have three panels. From right to left they are: Recovery Rate, Recovered Revenue, and Abandonment Rate.

Recovery Rate: Provides information on the past month's recoveries as a percentage of site sales. The current recovery rate is shown in purple. The last months rate is shown in orange. The monetary value of recovered sales are shown in purple. The site sales are shown in gray. Clicking on "View Details" will bring you to your Shopper Analytics page with an immediate view of recoveries over the past 30 days.

Recovered Revenue: This panel cycles between the amount of revenue recovered over the past 7 days, past month, and all time (since the Datacrushers code was integrated with your site). In the top right corner is a small “pause” button. Pressing this button will keep the panel on the current display.

The picture found here is illustrative of the different data sets this panel cycles between.

Abandonment Rate: Provides information on the past month's abandonments as a percentage of site sales. The current abandonment rate is shown in purple. The last months abandonment rate is shown in orange. The monetary value of the past months abandonments are shown in purple. The site sales are shown in gray. Clicking  "View Details" will bring you to your Shopper Analytics page with an immediate view of abandonments over the past 30 days.

Site Statistics: This part of the dashboard is very easy to understand. It provides you with immediate details (in numbers) for the following: Visits, Sales Revenue, Email Collected, Sales, Abandonments, Abandoned Revenue, and Recoveries.

Site Metrics: This section provides information on your sites sales rate (left) and email collection rate (right).

Sales Rate: The current sales rate is displayed as a % in purple. The last months rate is displayed as a % in orange right below. The current months number of sales is shown in purple. The number of site visits are shown next to it in gray.

Email Collection Rate: The email collection rate is the percentage of sessions where a user's email was identified. The current email collection rate is displayed as a % in purple. The last months rate is displayed as a % in orange right below. The current month's number of emails collected are shown in purple. The number of site visits are shown next to it in gray.
